Plant in full sun-part shade in moist, free draining soil or compost. Use mulch to keep the roots cool.
Prune in late winter, when the buds are starting to emerge. Flowers are produced on the current year’s growth so 'Jackmanii' requires regular pruning to ensure repeat flowering.
