Shipping & Delivery

All care will be taken to ensure your items are safe & secure for shipping to ensure they arrive intact & in perfect condition.  We expect all items to be received within 14 days of order placement unless we contact you to amend this.  Our courier delivery service option includes Startrack, Fastway or Australia Post depending on the specific location goods are being sent to.  Tracking numbers are provided when goods are shipped.

If you purchase products that are being delivered using our Local Delivery Service we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time, usually within three days of the order being placed.

 Privacy & Security

 At Stoneman’s Garden Centre we guarantee to protect your privacy and regard the security of your information to be of the highest importance.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties for purposes other than those for which you have provided it to us without your consent, except where required by law.  

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others under any circumstances.  

The information we collect will only be used to: process your order, contact you to resolve problems with your order.
