1. What are your business hours?
We’re open 7 days a week: Monday - Friday: 9am–5pm Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 4pm Public Holidays: 10am - 4pm (Closed Good Friday, Christmas Day & Boxing Day)

2. What is your location?
You’ll find us at 94 Grove Road, Glenorchy, Tasmania. Free on-site parking is available.

3. Do you deliver plants across Tasmania or Australia-wide?
We currently offer delivery within Tasmania; however, we can send select items interstate - please enquire. Stoneman Direct Deliveries (Local Area): We usually deliver within 1–3 days, and we’ll give you a call or send you an email to find a time that works best for you. Easy and hassle-free!

Some items, like larger plants or bulk products, may be pickup-only. This will be noted on the product page or may show no shipping option at checkout. 

4. Can I click and collect from the store?
Yes! You can select ‘Click & Collect’ at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

5. Are your online stock levels accurate?
We do our best to keep stock updated, but plant availability can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you with alternatives or offer a refund.

6. Can I pre-order plants that are currently out of stock?
In most cases, yes! If a plant is seasonal or returning soon, we may allow pre-orders. Keep an eye on the product page or contact us for more info.

7. Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes! We offer both physical and digital gift vouchers - perfect for any garden lover. Vouchers can be used in-store or online.

If you purchase a digital voucher through our website, it will be emailed to the address used at checkout. It usually arrives within 15 minutes - if you don’t see it, please check your Junk or Spam folder. 8. What size are your plants/pots?
The pot size is listed on each product (e.g. 140mm or 200mm). Plant height may vary depending on the season and growth stage.

9. Can I return or exchange a plant if I change my mind?
We don’t offer returns for change of mind on live plants. However, if your plant arrives damaged or unwell, please contact us immediately.

10. Can I request a specific delivery date?
We can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, but you’re welcome to add a preferred date or delivery note at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
