Prefers a warm position with bright but indirect sunlight and out of the flow of draughts, heaters and air conditioners. Phalaenopsis don’t like to be cold, nor do they like excessive dry heat. The preferred temperature range is 150 - 300.
Keep the roots moist and the leaves dry. A good rule of thumb is to check the colour of the roots. They should be a bright green. As they tend toward a grey / silver colour it is time to water again. Place in a reservoir of water and leave until the roots turn green once again.
Your Phalaenopsis should be watered from the bottom by placing the clear pot in a dish of water and allowing it to soak up the water - avoid water entering the crown of the plant.
