Dragon's Tail is a beautiful evergreen vine that can grow over 1m tall and can climb by means of aerial roots which adhere to surfaces - use a coir totem pole or similar for support in the pot.
It's lush deep green split leaves are thick and leathery and resemble a Dragon's tail - (hence the name). Leaves can grow up to 50cm long and are reminiscent of a Monstera leaf.
This hardy, easy care plant is fast growing and drought tolerant (don't require a lot of water). Grows well in bright, indirect sunlight and will tolerate low light conditions.
Always let the top layer of soil dry out before watering.
Dragon's Tail is a tropical plant and is best kept as a house plant in Tasmania.
