This variety yields medium-sized fruit with a subtle blush, known for its delightful flavour and juiciness. It grows to about 2 x 2m, maturing in early February (late season).
Self-pollinating, this variety is perfect for fresh consumption, drying, preserving, and making jams.
Apricots are nutritious, high in vitamin A, and can be susceptible to early frosts while generally demonstrating drought tolerance. If heavy yields occur, thinning may be necessary. This variety can thrive in cooler climates.
Plant it in well-drained, well-prepared soil, ensuring the bud union is above soil level. Water thoroughly and keep the soil moist until the tree is established. Fertilise at planting and again after new growth appears.
