A beautiful Australian breed Camellia, 'Sweet Jane' is a real show stopper and an absolute favourite of ours. As well as being a stunning addition to any garden, it's also vigorous and hardy - growing to around 2m.
Smothered in the most divine lolly pink buds that burst open into pastel pink and cream coloured double blooms with a slight twist on the edge of the petals. A prolific bloomer, 'Sweet Jane' produces abundantly for an extraordinarily long period and is said to be the longest flowering Camellia of all, producing a magnificent floral display for six months.
The graceful slender branches covered in beautiful deep green foliage make this a magnificent feature in the garden. It makes an excellent screen or hedging plant, is suited to growing in containers and makes a wonderful espaliered camellia.
