Gladioli x hortulanus - Sword Lily, marsh gladiolus

Bring elegance and impact to your garden with Gladiolus ‘Pink’, known for its tall, showy spikes of perfectly pink, funnel-shaped blooms. Ideal for garden beds or large pots, this classic summer-flowering bulb also makes a striking cut flower for indoor arrangements.

Plant in a sunny to partly shaded position in well-drained soil or premium potting mix. Gladioli grow up to 1.5m high and 15cm wide, and are both drought and frost tolerant once established.

Care tip: Water well during the growing season, especially in warmer months, but keep relatively dry in colder weather. Once the leaves yellow, cut the entire plant down to ground level to encourage strong regrowth the following season.

For bold colour and vertical interest, plant in groups or stagger plantings for prolonged flowering.
