Just Joey Standard Rose is one of the world’s most beloved Hybrid Tea roses, inducted into the Rose Hall of Fame in 1994. It produces large, decorative coppery-orange to buff blooms with beautifully waved and frilled petals, offering a loose, informal display that is both striking and elegant.
One of its most seductive features is the intense, spicy fragrance, which fills a room when the flowers are cut and placed in a vase. Blooms can reach up to 20 cm in spring and autumn, slightly smaller in summer, and are carried one per stem, making them perfect for cutting or garden display.
The plant is vigorous, well-behaved and disease resistant, performing reliably across Australian conditions. Its heat tolerance and strong growth habit, along with the inherited fragrance from its parents (Fragrant Cloud × Dr. A.J.
