Homage to Barbara is an extraordinary floribunda rose with intensely rich deep blood-red blooms that deepen with age to a dramatic dark rouge, almost black. The double flowers feature beautifully fluted, outward-curving petals with a luxurious velvety texture, creating a bold and unforgettable garden statement.
One of this rose’s standout features is its self-cleaning blooms. As flowers finish, the petals drop cleanly from the plant, keeping the shrub neat and allowing energy to be directed straight into repeat flowering.
Growing as a compact, rounded shrub to around 1.2 metres, the blooms are carried in generous clusters evenly across the plant, delivering continuous colour throughout the season. Part of the Couture Collection, this rose embodies the passion, richness and elegance of the classic French garden.
