A smooth skinned, pale cream coloured, high yeilding potato with a rich flavour and firm texture that maintains its shape when cooked. Best for roasting, boiling and mashing.
The plant grows to a relatively smaller height than some other potatoes, making it well-suited to container or bag growing.
Potatoes should be planted in an area that is sheltered with full sun and moist, well-drained soil once all chance of frosts have passed.
If potatoes have been previously grown for two years in succession, avoid planting in the same plot.
If space is limited, growing in potato bags is a great option.
