Magnolia ‘Galaxy’ is a stunning fast-growing deciduous tree renowned for its spectacular spring flowering display. Before the foliage appears, masses of large rosy-purple fragrant flowers cover the bare branches, creating a breathtaking feature in the garden.
With an upright growth habit and lush deep green foliage that turns yellow in autumn, Magnolia ‘Galaxy’ is perfect as a statement tree or large feature shrub. Cold hardy and easy to grow, it thrives in rich, moist, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade.
A vigorous deciduous magnolia growing approximately 5m high x 3m wide. Produces large fragrant rosy-purple flowers in spring on bare branches before the leaves emerge. Ideal as a striking feature tree for gardens and landscape planting. Mulch well to retain moisture and keep roots cool.
